1. What is Derm Haven's policy on exchanges and refunds?

We generally do not offer exchanges or refunds, except in cases where items are damaged during delivery or if a parcel is lost in transit.

2. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or if I receive the wrong item?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any issues like damage or receiving the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours. You can contact us via telephone, WhatsApp, or email at dermhaven.ng@gmail.com.

3. What if I miss the 24-hour window to report a damaged item?

We understand things can slip through the cracks, but we do need to be notified within 24 hours to address any issues. Unfortunately, items that have been opened or used can’t be returned or refunded.

4. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we can’t accept returns on products that no longer have their original seal.

5. How will I find out if my refund is approved?

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll ask for your bank details and aim to process the refund within 3 business days.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
