At Derm Haven, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in cases where items are damaged during delivery or parcels are lost in transit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 24 hours of purchase if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours through telephone, WhatsApp, or email at dermhaven.ng@gmail.com.
Damaged items will not be refunded if we do not get a notification within 24 hours of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.
We cannot accept returns on products without their original seal.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will request your bank details and process the refund within 3 business days.
